Abstract
Buku ini dibuat untuk membantu para pebisnis dalam mengembangkan ide dan inovasi yang kreatif. Dalam menerapkan kreativitas tentu masing-masing individu memiliki caranya masing-masing, tetapi buku ini memberikan panduan beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi baik untuk Individu atau Bisnis.
Terdapat 7 metode yang dibahas yaitu Design Thinking, SCAMPER, Mind Map, 6 Thinking Hats, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, dan Brainstorming. Diharapkan dengan memahami beberapa metode tersebut, pengusaha atau Individu dapat menghasilkan inovasi kreatif yang berguna untuk perkembangan bisnisnya sehingga bisa bertahan dalam jangka Panjang dan berkelanjutan.
